This Privacy Policy explains how Ncinco Technologies OPC Private Limited, operating the Click to sell platform ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the Click to sell application and website (the "Platform"). We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, mobile number, email address and password.
  • Profile and listing data: photos, descriptions, prices and locations you choose to add.
  • Communications: messages you exchange with other users through the Platform and with our support team.
  • Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address and how you interact with the Platform.
  • Location data: approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show listings near you.
  • Transaction data: records of paid services you purchase. Full payment card details are handled by our payment gateway and are not stored by us.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and display your listings;
  • To connect buyers and sellers and enable in-app communication;
  • To show relevant listings based on category and location;
  • To process payments for paid services;
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues;
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • To send service-related and, where permitted, promotional communications; and
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though this may limit your ability to use certain features.

5. How we share information

  • With other users: your public profile and listing details are visible to other users; your contact number is shared only as you choose.
  • With service providers: hosting, analytics, communication and payment partners (including Razorpay) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
  • For legal reasons: where required by law, regulation, legal process or a governmental request, or to protect rights, safety and property.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Payment information

Payments for paid services are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. We do not collect or store your complete card or banking credentials on our servers.

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies on our website to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Data retention
