Welcome to Click to sell, operated by Ncinco Technologies OPC Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Click to sell mobile application and website (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Click to sell. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@clicktosell.co.in if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Click to sell operates a software platform that provides listing, discovery and in-app communication tools for local ads. Our business revenue comes from optional digital promotional services sold to sellers — such as featured placement, listing boosts and subscriptions — as described on our Pricing page. Such paid services relate only to promotion of a seller's listing on the Platform.
The Platform also allows users to post and discover listings. We are not a party to any transaction for an item between a buyer and a seller. We do not own, sell, inspect, store, deliver, accept payment for, or guarantee any item listed on the Platform. Any arrangement for an item is made directly between users, outside our payment systems.
When you post a listing or otherwise use the Platform, you agree that you will not:
We may remove any listing and take action against any account, at our discretion, where we believe these Terms have been breached.
Basic listings are free. We also offer optional paid services such as featured placement, listing boosts and subscriptions, as described on our Pricing page. Payments for these services are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Such services relate only to promotion of your listing on the Platform and do not involve the sale price of any item between users.
Payments for paid services are processed through third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay). We do not collect or store your full card details. Your use of a payment gateway is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
The Platform, including its design, logos, text and software, is owned by Click to sell and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of any listing or the conduct of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click to sell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from transactions or interactions between users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click to sell and its officers, employees and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Platform, your listings, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Click to sell is an "intermediary" under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. We observe due diligence as required by law. Complaints regarding any content on the Platform may be addressed to our Grievance Officer (see the Contact page).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the location of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
