1. About this policy

Click to sell is a software platform for local listings. The paid services we offer are digital promotional services delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped by Click to sell. This policy explains how those digital services are delivered.

2. Delivery of digital services

When you purchase a paid service such as a featured listing, boost or subscription, it is delivered electronically and activated on your account or listing immediately, or within a few minutes of a successful payment. You will be able to see the service reflected on your listing once it is active. If a paid service does not activate within a reasonable time, please contact support@clicktosell.co.in.

3. Items listed by users

For items shown in user listings, any handover or delivery is arranged directly between the users. Click to sell does not ship, deliver, courier, accept payment for, or guarantee delivery of any item listed by users.
